Leaving for Ireland…
So on Friday, July 31 I pulled an all nighter and stayed up with Andrew and his two friends discussing swingers, inverted nipples, and bad life decisions while drawing inappropriate things on Andrew’s arm.
I finally left his apartment around 6:00 AM looking quite rough, and headed to DFW to catch my 8’something plane to Dulles to head home to Virginia.
It is so funny to come home and really appreciate the simple things.

So at this time it was Saturday August 1 around 4pm when I got home… time to pack up and head to Dublin in the morning.
My mom and brother drove me into Dulles.. i felt like i at the terminals that weekend.
Flew Aer Lingus straight through to Ireland. Stepping off the plane and onto the tarmac with the crisp 63 degree air whipping was the greatest.
I caught the bus over to the Heuston train station and caught a 73€ train from Dublin to Cork… one way. ridiculous prices. If you are taking the train book online, its about 20€ less. -_-
After an exhausting traveling day which felt like a week it was so wonderful to arrive for lunch at the Ballymaloe House and catch up with my good friend Katie and her mom, Carter, who so graciously let me join in on their trip in the first place.

The Ballymaloe Castle that the Stewart’s rented for the week aka our crash pad.
